I keep thinking about the successful leaders in this business - they have laid out their formula for all to see -- hence the name "CarbonCopyPRO" - I have made it to #1 on the Rising Star List in my first 5 weeks (currently been knocked down to #2) and made my initial investment back in the same period of time. I have been in franchising and brick and mortar businesses and this is simply an amazing accomplishment. I am not saying this to gloat. I am sharing this because I have heard the success stories from the top earners in our community and I decided to be one. I simply "copied" their methods and applied them to my marketing. I can't wait to see your name on the leaderboards!!


Who doesn't want to be successful? I certainly do. Successful in my calling. Successful in marriage. Successful in parenting. The word successful means "coming about, taking place, or turning out to be as was hoped for." We all have hopes and dreams and success means that our dreams are fulfilled. The challenge with success is not the desire to be successful. The challenge centers around the paths we take to reach the desired destination.

We can achieve a semblance of success on our own. But without a solid commitment, effort, belief, support system(spouse?), a mentor, a team, a foundation and solid resources our efforts are built on sand. If the foundation is shaky on the best days then it is washed away when the storms hit.

We need to join in the celebration of victories. When a one of our team members has a new member join the team, give them a call of congratulations. Everybody wins with new business.

If another suggests a new product idea, or improved work process, don't be a stumbling block, celebrate the better idea and jump on board.

Inquire how the member was acquired, or how the better idea was conceived. Then learn to apply the same principles to your work.
